Nova Antares

[ˈnoʊvəænˈtɛəriːz] – nova, from Latin "new", denotes a star that suddenly increases dramatically in brightness before fading; Antares is a red supergiant star in the constellation Scorpius, one of the largest and most luminous stars visible to the naked eye, whose name derives from Greek, meaning "rival of Ares", referring to its reddish hue resembling the planet Mars.
