Nova Castor

[ˈnoʊvə ˈkæstər] – nova, from Latin "new", denotes a star that suddenly brightens by orders of magnitude before fading, caused by thermonuclear explosions on a white dwarf's surface in a binary system. Castor is a bright multiple star system in the constellation Gemini, traditionally depicted as one of the mythological twin brothers, Castor and Pollux.
